Immune Support Tea Blend

Our Immune Support Blend revives by blending cleansing ginger root with nourishing red raspberry leaf, and other supporting herbs to reboot your system. Though we often reach for this one during an acute illness, it is wise to use immune supports regularly as preventatives.

How to prepare our Immune Support Blend:

*This blend is best prepared as a hot infusion.

Hot infusion

Tea Infuser/Strainer or French Press: Boil 1 cup of filtered water and fill the Tea Infuser/Strainer or French Press with 1-2 teaspoons of herbs. Be careful while pouring the boiled water over the herbs. Let sit for 15 minutes and then enjoy!

Stovetop: Place 1-2 teaspoons of herbs per 1 cup of filtered water into the appropriate amount of boiling water. Remove the mixture from heat, let sit for 15 minutes, and then enjoy!

Cold infusion

Place 1-2 teaspoons of herbs per 1 cup of filtered water into a food safe container or French Press and cover with the appropriate amount of filtered water. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours (can easily do this overnight or first thing in the morning) and then enjoy!
