Grieving Heart Tea Blend

Our Grieving Heart Blend is for anyone working through the healing journey of heartbreak, grief, ancestral trauma, and processing deeply held emotions. This blend works with the mother plant hawthorn, incorporating her leaves and flowers, with assisting herbs designed to soothe and transform. A tiny dash of cayenne is added to help move emotions upwards and out, lifting them off of the chest.

How to prepare our Grieving Heart Blend:

Hot infusion

Tea Infuser/Strainer or French Press: Boil 1 cup of filtered water and fill the Tea Infuser/Strainer or French Press with 1-2 teaspoons of herbs. Be careful while pouring the boiled water over the herbs. Let sit for 15 minutes and then enjoy!

Stovetop: Place 1-2 teaspoons of herbs per 1 cup of filtered water into the appropriate amount of boiling water. Remove the mixture from heat, let sit for 15 minutes, and then enjoy!

Cold infusion

Place 1-2 teaspoons of herbs per 1 cup of filtered water into a food safe container or French Press and cover with the appropriate amount of filtered water. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours (can easily do this overnight or first thing in the morning) and then enjoy!
